Yearly Concierge Physician Care is designed for individuals and families who value continuity, discretion, and thoughtful medical guidance.
This service provides direct, on-call access to a functional medicine physician for true new-onset health concerns such as infections, acute illness, or unexpected symptoms, while maintaining a comprehensive view of overall health and resilience.
Care is relationship-based and physician-led. Medical decisions, prescriptions, and recommendations are made solely at the discretion of the physician, based on clinical judgment and what is medically appropriate for the patient.
- Direct physician access for acute, new-onset illness (e.g., cold, flu, COVID, gastrointestinal illness, conjunctivitis)
- 24/7 availability for urgent medical concerns, as clinically appropriate
- Four (4) scheduled visits per year (video, in-office, or home visit when appropriate)
- Ability to order laboratory testing, imaging, and prescribe medications when medically indicated
- Ongoing physician oversight grounded in functional medicine principles
The concierge physician practices functional medicine, meaning care extends beyond symptom suppression.
Rather than a simple 'take this pill' approach, the physician evaluates context, underlying contributors, and long-term impact. Treatment plans are determined by medical expertise and clinical judgment — not by patient-directed requests or protocol-driven care.
Concierge physician care is tailored to the individual. Additional services, including health coaching or advanced functional testing, may be added when appropriate to support broader health goals.

Concierge physician care is offered on a limited-enrollment basis to preserve quality, access, and discretion. Enrollment is subject to physician approval following a private consultation.
